Week 8: 03/22/21 - 03/26/21
This week I worked almost every single day due to becoming a consignment associate, which means that I need to do the appointments and enter the new inventory into our system in order for our consignors to receive their email on time. Since we were really backed up, I had to go early into work and enter all the items that made up almost 3 racks, which didn't include shoes, bags, and jewelry.

Week 7: 03/15/21 - 03/19/21
This week went by pretty smoothly. Since next week we are having a Julie Vos trunk show, we had to set up two tables where we would have nothing, but the new spring collection for Julie Vos Jewelry. I had to set up the two tables to attract customers and have the question and become interested in what the jewelry is for. Also, I received a compliment from a customer for my great customer service and made sure to let my mentor know by coming back to the store and pulling me aside.

Week 6: 03/08/21 - 03/12/21
This week was extremely productive. A lot of new inventory came in so we had to quickly put it in the system in order to put it out on the sales floor as soon as we could. New scarves came in so I had to figure out where they would blend in and look appealing in order to catch the attention of customers. I also had to tag new jewelry along with sunglasses to also place it out onto the sales floor. I was given the job of organizing all of the earrings onto one table so I decided to color code like a rainbow for one tier with earrings and color-coded the second tier with golds, silvers, and rose golds. After that, I also changed up some mannequins and the three outfits that are displayed on the green wall at the front of the register.

Week 5: 03/01/21 - 03/05/21
We got a new consignor associate, which also means that we have a new member that's now a part of our team :) This was simply another smooth week, but I did learn something new because I had never done it in my 18 of my existence. I used a steamer for some new clothing that came in. I did burn myself once or twice, but I did pretty well for my first time. I also had to display some other new gaming items that were newly entered in for inventory.
Week 4: 02/22/21 - 02/26/21
This week was overall calm and smooth. There were no setbacks and we continue earning profit rather than losses. I continued to tag throughout the week and was on the floor more than most of the time to assist customers with whatever it was that they would need help with.

Week 3: 02/15/21-02/21/21
This week went very well. I continued to learn how to add new inventory into our system and I printed tags for the new consigned items that would go out on the floor. This Saturday, my co worker and I had a successful day. We made $3,863.62 for the day. That was more than double the amount that we had to make to beat the amount of money we had earned last year. We had 2 rush hours from 3-4 and 5:16-6:30. Due to us making such a high earning, we are no longer losing profit, but gaining it.

Week 2: 02/08/21 - 02/14/21
This week went fairly well given the fact that I learned something new. Mrs. Henderson taught me how to add inventory to an account list, added every description for the tags that would be printed out, and I would have to search up the retail price for the more expensive items that were consigned. I practiced throughout the week with Mrs. Henderson's supervision and on the last day of the week she gave me the opportunity to do it all on my own. I had to jot down the kind of category that the new inventory would fall into, the brand name, size, color, and a more further detailed description of the added inventory. Hopefully, I will be able to practice more in order to help Jenn with this part of the inventory.
